Ransomville, NY - Over the weekend, UDisc released its annual world's best courses of 2022, making the list for the second year in the row is Bond Lake coming in at 41. Bond did lose a little, ground losing eight spots from its 2021 finish of 33rd, but still in the Top 50 and ahead of some PDGA tour stops. This is the second time a Western New York Course has received a shot out on UDisc, as back on January 18th Ellicott Creek Park was credited as the most popular course in New York State.
Elsewhere on the list saw Maple Hill keep its crown as the best course in the world and the only course in the United States to be in the top 5 as its the European courses making moves this year as last years number 3 Krokhol Disc Golf Course (Siggerud, Norway) jump last years number 2 Hillcrest Farm Disc Golf (Bonshaw, Prince Edward Island Canada) Rounding out the Top 5 is newcomer Øverås Diskgolfpark (Vestnes, Norway) and Kippasuo Pro DiscGolfPark at Heinola DiscGolfPark World (Heinola, Finland) moving up 72 spaces to 5th .
For any local players who may be looking to travel to a course in the top 100. Udisc has ranked two western Pennsylvania courses in the top 100, with Lakeview Disc Golf Course at Moraine State Park (Portersville, PA) coming in 23rd and Deer Lakes Park (Tarentum, PA) at 51st. The Toronto Island Disc Golf Course is also coming on to the list for the first time at 86th.
